A new data review suggests consuming propolis may provide antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and other positive effects on the body. Looking at 63 studies on humans and animals, the review’s author found “there is significant promise for propolis as an effective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent with particular promise in cardiometabolic health.”
