Certified Organic. (Pimenta dioica) gets its name from the unique combination of aromas, a blending of the tastes of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg with just a little peppery heat. Frequently used with cardamom, cinnamon, and/or green tea. Perfect addition to pound cake, I also like to include it in my Peach Cordial.
