This pennyroyal essential oil is steam distilled from the flowering plant Mentha pulegium. Pennyroyal essential oil is a middle note with an uplifting fresh and minty scent and is considered a natural source of pulegone. This oil blends well with citronella, rosemary, sage, or cornmint.
