Based on a recipe I developed for a basic Elderberry syrup, this is all of the herbs you need to make a quart yourself. All you need is water and honey.
Feel free to add other herbs to create your own personal formula. Here are some ideas for you!
Rose hips would add some vitamin C, Echinacea for immune support, Rhodiola for protection from cold-induced stress, and on and on… follow your intuition!
3 oz Elderberries, 1/4 oz Astragalus root, 1/8 oz Cinnamon chips, 1/8 oz Ginger root. Recipe instructions included.
