Sometimes food is our best medicine. Sarah’s Immunity Soup is full of deeply nourishing herbs which are often used to strengthen or rebuild a compromised immune system.
5 1/4 ounces of herbs. Place the entire bag of herbs and mushrooms in a non-reactive pot with 3-5 quarts of good water. You can add soup bones and vegetables if you like. Simmer, covered for 4 hours or more. Cool, strain & freeze in ice cube trays. Store in airtight containers. Use 2-3 cubes daily, as a hot drink, or in vegetable soup. Add a teaspoon of miso to each mug/bowl before eating.
Ingredients: 5 1/4 oz all organic herbs. Shitake mushrooms, Codonopsis root, Astragalus root, Burdock root, Reishi mushrooms, Siberian Ginseng root.
