Heart’s Ease tea from Herbs from the Labyrinth

I formulated Heart’s Ease tea during the early weeks of the Covid pandemic, to address the constant feeling of loss and grief that so many of us were experiencing.  Just recently, I added some Butterfly pea flowers for their beautiful and joyful color.
