Another of my own herbal tea blends, Lovers Tea is nourishing to the reproductive tracts of men and women.
The slightly warming and stimulating blend includes Damiana, the well-known aphrodisiac herb, as well as Peppermint, Passionflower and petals from the Rosa rugosa.
It makes a delicious tea, hot or iced, and also makes a nice herbal smoking blend.
