This Holy basil tincture comes to us from Herbalist and Alchemist, and is in a menstruum of Certified Organic Alcohol, distilled water. Holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) is also known as Tulsi and has been used for hundreds of years (perhaps thousands) as an adaptogen. Promotes mental clarity. Lifts “the fog”. My personal favorite for chasing away the winter blues is the combination of Holy basil and Mimosa bark.
