This Indukala Moon Bell Chime incorporates age-old bell making and metal craft techniques in modern, lunar-inspired designs featuring upcycled iron and copper bells and accents.
Bell making is a traditional artform passed down for generations in the desert Kutch region of India that originated out of the need to track herds of cattle through the remote areas of India. Herders knew the sound of their cattle by the tone of each bell. The Luhar family has been making these bells for years and the tradition has been passed down from one generation to the next.
This enchanting mini bell chime features a dual crescent moon design with handcrafted Indian bell, finished with a convenient hanging loop.
Chime is 13″ long
Made in India
Fair trade, of course.
