Chakra Energy Wrist Malas

These Chakra Energy Wrist Malas are made by Shailee, a handmade crafts company based in Kathmandu, Nepal, in a partnership with DZI Tibet Collection.

Each wrist mala features a laser-etched Chakra symbol made with locally sourced, handmade water buffalo bone beads, and a cotton tassel.  Strung on elastic cord for comfort and flexible sizing.

Shailee emphasizes improvising and innovating traditional Nepalese crafting techniques to create distinctive and inspiring designs using up-cycled water buffalo bone and horn.

Shailee is run by two brothers who learned their craft from their father.

They recently built their own production hall by hand and are seeking to build a fair trade business known for its quality and craftsmanship, while providing employment and training to people in the local community.
