Sarah’s Suggestions for Gout and Arthritis Relief

I first developed this list of suggestions for gout and arthritis relief for a client who had developed a sudden onset of gout. She found dramatic relief with a day of two. I hope you find it helpful, too.

First, & foremost, drink unsweetened Cherry juice.

          Days 1 & 2 – 1 quart each day

          Days 3 & 4 – 2 cups each day

Day 5 and thereafter – 1 cup each day

Make it part of your daily life routine.

If you are using a concentrate, add 2 Tbsp to a cup of water to make the juice.  On days 1 & 2, you would drink 4 cups; on days 3 & 4 drink 2 cups, 1 cup thereafter.

Drink an herbal tea that includes some of the following herbs: Stinging Nettles, Oatstraw, Horsetail, Dandelion leaf, Licorice, Sarsaparilla root, Sassafras.  Any herbalist would be happy to blend a tea especially for you.
